The meeting was called to order at 6:45 PM with Mayor McLallen presiding.

ROLL CALL: Council Members Crawford (absent), Mason (present), Mitzel (present), Pope (present), Schmid (present), Toth (present) and Mayor McLallen

PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The following candidates were interviewed for appointments to the HCD Committee, Beautification Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, Board of Review and Construction Board of Appeals

David Byrwa - Construction Board of Appeals

Elmer Kingham - Construction Board of Appeals

Katherine Cosentino - Beautification Committee

Frank Brennan - Zoning Board of Appeals

James Harrington, III - Zoning Board of Appeals

Robert Churella - Board of Review

Gretchen Pugsley, candidate for the Beautification Committee notified the Clerk that she was no longer interested.

Denise Jenkins, candidate for the Beautification Committee was unable to attend due to work schedule.

Laura Lorenzo, candidate for the HCD Committee was ill.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 PM.
