CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL Mayor Csordas, Mayor Pro Tem Landry, Council Members Capello, Gatt, Lorenzo, Nagy, Paul APPROVAL OF AGENDA AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION – In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the City Council requests that speakers respect the three-minute time limit for individual comments, and the five-minute time limit for an individual speaking on behalf of a group. PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING 1. Approval to award a contract for Design and Construction Engineering Services for the Meadowbrook Bridge Replacement over Ingersol Creek to Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr and Huber, Inc. for a design fee of $29,504 and a construction engineering fee of $44,566 for a total contract amount of $74,070.
