CONSENT AGENDA (Approval/Removals)

MATTERS FOR COUNCIL ACTION – Part I

1. Approval of Zoning Map Amendment 18.661, the request of Triangle Development, for rezoning of property in Section 23, on the north side of Trans-X Drive, east of Novi Road, from I-2, General Industrial, to TC-1, Town Center District. The subject property is 1.5 acres.

2. Approval of resolution to authorize transfer of $300,000 of Metro Act Funds to the Road Bond Fund for the Right-of-Way relating to the Novi Road (Grand River to Ten Mile) improvement project.

3. Consideration of approval of consent judgment with The Americana Foundation for gas line easement on Twelve Mile acquired as part of the SAD 155/GAP road improvement project.
