City of Novi REGULAR MEETING OF THE NOVI PLANNING COMMISSION A G E N D A ROLL CALL: Canup, Capello, Churella, Csordas, Koneda, Mutch, Piccinini, Watza, and Weddington The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioner=s presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.
No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).
The above mentioned participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission By Laws and Rules of Procedure. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE APPROVAL OF AGENDA AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION CORRESPONDENCE CONSENT AGENDA - REMOVAL AND APPROVALS COMMUNICATIONS PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. AT&T WIRELESS SP 99-17 This project is located in Section 27, south of Ten Mile Road and east of Taft Road at the Novi High School Football Stadium. Applicant is seeking Special Land Use approval. 2. ZONING MAP AMENDMENT 18.575 and 18.579 Zoning Map Amendment 18.575 and 18.579 for possible rezoning from General Industrial District (I-2) to General Business District (B-3), from Residential Acreage District (R-A) to Light Industrial District (I-1), from One-Family Residential District (R-1) to Office Service Technology (OST), and from One-Family Residential District (R-1) to Light Industrial (I-1), or any other appropriate zoning district.
CONSENT AGENDA MATTERS FOR CONSIDERATION. 1. CITY MASTER PLAN FOR LAND USE Consideration for the proposed updated City Master Plan for Land Use, pursuant to requirements of Act 285 of Public Acts of 1931.
NOTE: The Planning Commission will have an additional audience participation period after their mid-point break.
