ROLL CALL: Canup, Capello, Cassis, Churella, Koneda, Mutch, Piccinini, Richards, and Watza The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioner =s presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.
No person , other than a Commission member , shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).
The above mentioned participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission by Laws and Rules of Procedure.

PUBLIC HEARINGS COUNTRY INN & SUITES SP 00-02 This hotel project is located in Section 36, on the west side of Haggerty Road between Eight and Nine Mile Roads. The 2.47 acre site is zoned Office Service Commercial District (OSC). The applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan and Woodland Permit approvals. 2. ISLAND LAKE OF NOVI SP 99-58 This site condominium development project is located in Sections 18, 19, and 20, on the north side of Ten Mile Road between Napier and Wixom Roads. The 901 acre site is zoned Residential Acreage District (RA) and is being developed using the Residential Unit Development option. The applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan, Woodland and Wetland Permit approvals. The applicant requested that the project be postponed until the March 1, 2000 Planning Commission meeting
CONSENT AGENDA 1. APPROVAL OF THE JANUARY 19, 2000 PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
MATTERS FOR CONSIDERATION BRATEMAN MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING SP 99-66 This medical office building project is located in Section 24, south of Grand River Avenue and west of Haggerty Road. The 1.15 acre lot is zoned Non-Center Commercial District. The applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan approval.
NOTE: The Planning Commission will have an additional audience participation period after their mid-point break.
