City of Novi REGULAR MEETING OF THE NOVI PLANNING COMMISSION (248) 347-0475 ROLL CALL: Canup, Capello, Cassis, Churella, Koneda, Mutch, Nagy, Piccinini, and Richards The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioner ’s presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation). The above mentioned participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission by Laws and Rules of Procedure. MATTERS FOR CONSIDERATION
1. SUNTEC SPEC. BUILDING SP 00-63 This proposed light industrial spec. building is located in Section 4, north of West Road at the northwest corner of Hudson Drive and Ryan Court. The 1.86 acre site is zoned Light-Industrial District (I-1). The applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan approval.
2. APPLEBEE’S RESTAURANT – WEST MARKET SQUARE SP 00-67 This proposed restaurant building is located in Section 17, north of Grand River Avenue and west of Beck Road. The site is zoned Community Business District (B-2). The applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan approval.
NOTE: The Planning Commission will have an additional audience participation period after their mid-point break.
