PLANNING COMMISSION COMMISSION MEMBERS: Avdoulos, Kocan, Markham, Nagy, Papp, Paul, Ruyle, Shroyer, Sprague The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioner’s presentations shall be limited to ten minutes. No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation). The subject property is located in Section 3 on the southeast corner of West Lake Drive and Pontiac Trail in the RM-1 (Low-Density Multiple Family) District. The subject property is 7.94 acres. 2. VENTURE DRIVE SPEC BUILDING B, SITE PLAN NUMER 99-53 Public Hearing on the request of Bennett Donaldson of J. B. Donaldson Company for approval of a Preliminary/Final Site Plan, and Special Land Use Permit. The subject property is located in Section 26 north of Nine Mile Road between Meadowbrook and Novi Roads in the I-1 (Light Industrial) District. The developer is proposing an additional parking lot. The subject property is 1.316 acres. 3. MASTER PLAN AMENDMENT Pubic Hearing on the request of Detroit Catholic Central High School to amend the Master Plan from Office and Light Industrial to Single-Family Residential as designated on the Master Plan for Land Use. The subject property is located in Section 18 on the west side of Wixom Road and south of Grand River Avenue. The subject property is approximately 60 acres.

MAPLES MANOR SP98-57 Consideration of the request of JS Evangelista Development, LLC for approval of a one year Final Site Plan extension. The subject project is located in Section 2 at 14 Mile and Decker Roads. The applicant proposes a 100 unit congregate senior housing project on 4.67 acres. The property is zoned R-A (PUD). The applicant received one previous Final Site Plan extension on December 19, 2001.
