Speakers wishing to display visual materials through the City’s audiovisual system must provide the materials to the City Clerk’s Office no later than 5 p.m. five days before the meeting and the materials cannot be changed before the meeting.
 
CONSENT AGENDA REMOVALS AND APPROVALS (See items A-L) All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the normal Agenda. 

MATTERS FOR COUNCIL ACTION

1. Approval of installation of a concrete pad and generator including necessary materials and labor of Meadowbrook Commons Activity Center estimated at $90,000; and amend the budget.

2. Approval to eliminate the General Administration Department within the General Fund to comply with the Uniform Chart of Accounts for Local Governments as set forth by the State of Michigan Department of Treasury; and amend the budget.
