However, it is an opportunity to voice your thoughts with City Council. Speakers wishing to display visual materials through the City’s audiovisual system must provide the materials to the City Clerk’s Office no later than 5 p.m. five days before the meeting and the materials cannot be changed before the meeting.
 
CONSENT AGENDA REMOVALS AND APPROVALS (See items A-L) All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the normal Agenda.

2.         Reconsideration of October 26, 2015 Approval of Resolution Regarding Agreement for the Financing of Street and Utility Improvements and the Creation of Special Assessment on Property with West Park Office, LLC for the creation of Special Assessment District 178C to   finance  construction  of  roadway  and  utility  improvements  associated  with  the Crossroads Commerce Park Project to be located on Parcel Nos. 22-17-101-010 and 22-17-101-012, south of Grand River Avenue and west of Providence Parkway, and approval and confirmation of related Special Assessment Roll.
