CONSENT AGENDA REMOVALS AND APPROVALS – All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the normal Agenda. Â
MATTERS FOR COUNCIL ACTION
1. Consideration of approval to award the construction contract for Cranbrooke Drive Reconstruction, 10 Mile Road to Village Wood Road, to Florence Cement Company, the low-bidder, in the amount of $2,243,882.95.

2. Consideration of an agreement for Donation of Vacant Land and acceptance of Covenant Deed for 1.75 Acres of vacant property in the  I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District, located on the West Side of Venture Drive, North of Nine Mile, in Section 26 of the City, with Parcel No. 22-26-401-041.

Speakers wishing to display visual materials through the City’s audiovisual system must provide the materials to the City Clerk’s Office no later than 12:00 P.M. the day of the meeting. The materials cannot be changed before the meeting.
