Approval of Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment 18.266 to amend the City of Novi Zoning Ordinance at Article 25, “General Provisions”, to add Section 2525, “Service of Alcoholic Beverages; Special Use Approval Required”, and to amend Article 16, TC and TC-1 Town Center Districts at Sections 1601 and 1602, to require Special Use Approval for the sale of alcohol for consumption on premises.
